    Time Sensitive Management

    R3 Builders works hard to be prepared for the ground-breaking day…with the final budget in place, award to subcontractors, utility & other local authorities coordinated, procedures standardized to conduct weekly design and construction progress meetings, and our “input ready” cost control system designed to engage R3 Builders’ ongoing value engineering program. No matter how busy our project management team is during the construction phase, they will always be available to answer questions! An R3 Builders client does not have to wait for a scheduled meeting or conference call! R3 Builders understands all commercial construction projects are “time sensitive!” It’s imperative we meet all scheduled milestone dates!

    Post-Construction

    Support Management

    We pride ourselves on our Post-Construction support! R3 Builders maintains the vendor documentation and warranty records. This way, we can offer assistance and guidance to others who may be providing maintenance or improvements. Exceeding our client’s expectations long into the future of their business is the only way we can expand upon our knowledge of innovative building methods, and create opportunities for them and us. We want to hear about how our clients, and their patrons, guest, and staff are enjoying our work!     Deliver Close-out

    Comprehensive Final Package

    After the final punch-list is signed approved, and after a certificate of occupancy is received, we like to hand deliver our comprehensive close-out package. Anything and everything to do with the project’s construction is in it! Example: A list and swatch of each paint color used and location, with instructions on how to maintain its surface. There will be samples of each floor & wall covering, tile, etc., with the brand and manufacturer’s product spec sheet. We also include an itemized list (and manuals) of all appliances, plumbing fixtures, lights, electrical equipment with the manufacturer’s model and serial number. Reference to architectural plans, before and after photos are compressed on CD’s and Flash Drives.

We will coordinate order dates, delivery dates, and all related construction logestics necessary to keep the project moving forward. R3 Builders has a trusted network of “pre-qualified” top-notch subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors in the industry!

Project Manager

Our Project Manager understands the world around you! And that is why they are your personal vocal and visional campaigner for your project. This person works for R3 Builders because they too understand how passionate we are about creating really awesome buildings, and taking on projects that are a perfect fit for us and our client! It is their responsibility to oversee the entire build process: Project Meetings, Budget(s), Schedules, RFI’s, Change Orders, Quality Control, and Managing the What-if Scenarios.

FULL-TIME Project Superintendent

Your dedicated Superintendent will be on-site every day to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day construction, from Job-Site Safety, Supplier Deliveries, Quality Assurance, Site Records & Signage, to implementing solutions to the What-if Scenarios.
